一、产品概述 Product Overview
1.自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材（以下简称N类）是以SBS等合成橡胶、优质道路沥青及增粘剂为基料，以聚脂膜（PET）、聚乙烯膜（PE）、铝箔或涂硅隔离膜为上表面材料，下表面覆以涂硅隔离膜为防粘层而制成的自粘聚合物改性沥青无胎基防水卷材。
1.Self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt membrane (hereafter referred to as N), is prepared by use of SBS synthetic rubber, high quality road asphalt and tackifier as binder. PET, PE, aluminum foil or silica coating isolates the membrane’s upper surface materials; silica coated isolating membrane covered on the lower surface as anti-adhesion coating.
2.自粘聚合物改性沥青聚酯胎防水卷材（以下简称PY类）是以长丝聚酯毡为胎基，以增粘聚合物改性沥青为浸涂材料，上表面覆聚乙烯膜、细沙.页岩、铝箔或隔离膜为隔离层、下表面覆以涂硅隔离膜为防粘层而制成的自粘聚合物改性沥青无胎基防水卷材。
2.Self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with polyester reinforcement (hereinafter referred to as N), is prepared by use of long fiber polyester as base, tackifying polymer modified asphalt as dip-coating material, polyethylene film, fine sand shale, aluminum foil covered on the upper surface as isolation layer, and a silica coated isolation membrane covered on the lower surface as anti-adhesion coating.

1.非外露的屋面、地下工程防水。

5.优异的低温性能更适宜寒冷的地区使用。
6.地铁、洞库、地下室、桥梁、水利堤坝、垃圾填埋场、污水处理池、种植屋面和不上人屋面工程的防水保护等。

四、自粘防水系统 Self-Adhesive Waterproofing System
适用的防水卷材系列：自粘聚合物改性沥青无胎防水卷材、自粘聚合物改性沥青聚酯胎防水卷材。
施工工艺流程
施工准备　 基层处理　 涂刷配套基层处理剂　 细部节点附节点附加层施工　 弹基准线　 大面自粘卷材铺贴　 排气压实　 搭接边压实和密封　 立面卷材收头固定及密封　 检查验收　 保护层施工
1.施工准备：包括主材、铺材、施工基层、现场条件、技术方案等。
2.基层处理：基层应满足规范要求，平整、干净、干燥；平立面交接处的阴阳角均应做成圆弧。
3.涂刷基层处理剂：基层处理符合要求后，基层表面涂刷（或喷涂）配套基层处理剂。基层处理剂涂刷后（或喷涂）应均匀一致，不应露底，表面干燥后方可铺贴卷材。
4.节点附加层施工：按照相关规范或设计要求对节点部位增贴附加层。一般部位附加层满粘，应力集中部位应按照相关规范要求空铺。
5.卷材收头：收头处要用密封胶密封 ，然后要用金属压条固定。
6.保护层施工：根据设计要求进行。

Construction process：
Construction preparations - disposal of base - apply primer - construct extra waterproof coating of detail nodes - base line pave - large areas with self - bond roll - exhausting and compacting - compacting and sealing of overlapped edge - close ends, fix and seal vertical face rolls, pass inspection - construct protective layer.
1.Construction preparations: includes principle material, paving of materials, construction base, field conditions and technical schematics, etc.
2.Disposal of base: the base shall be level, clean and dry to satisfy the requirements of the standard. The internal and external corner at the joint of plane and elevation shall be made into an arc.
3.Primer application: after the disposal of the base meets the requirement, paint (or spray) the primer on the base surface. The primer should be painted (or sprayed) equally without any missed areas. Lay the rolls after the drying of the surface.
4.Construction of node extra layer: add an extra layer to the nodes as required in the standard or design. The ordinary areas are fully adhered to, the areas of stress concentration are treated by border adhesion method as required in the standard.
5.End of roll: the end of roll is seaLED with sealant and fixed with metal bar.
6.Construction of protection layer: proceed as required in design plans.
五、施工注意事项 Construction Matters Needing Attention
1.铺贴卷材严禁在雨天、雪天、五级及以上大风中施工；施工温度低于5℃时应采用热风焊枪加热后粘结。
2.施工前对人员进行安全教育，施工现场的安全防护设施齐全、消防设施按规定放置。

2.Bestow safety instructions upon the staff before construction; safety protection facilities on site are to be placed as required.
